What we collect
Information you provide through the project brief or contact form: name or company, email, LINE ID or phone (optional), and your project description.
If you email or DM us directly, we keep the correspondence to handle your request.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, and communicate during a project.
Never for unsolicited marketing, and never shared with unrelated third parties.
Form service
The brief and contact form are forwarded to our inbox via Formspree (formspree.io), which processes the transmission under its own privacy policy. If you contact us by email or Instagram, that service's policy applies.
Analytics and cookies
This site may use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation to count visits and see which content is popular; we do not use it to identify you.
Apart from analytics and the browser's local storage used to remember your language and brief progress, this site sets no other cookies.
Retention and security
Contact data is kept until the project ends or you ask us to delete it. It lives in our mailbox and cloud tools, accessible only to team members.
Your rights
You can email us at any time to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you.
