Process

How We Work

Talk

We listen first: who the brand is, who it speaks to, budget and timeline. Fill in the brief on the home page and our first reply will include a direction and an estimate range. This step is free.

Propose

One or two directions with drafts; once style, scope and timeline are agreed we sign and start production.

Make

Staged sign-offs: sketch → refine → final, each with a round of revisions. You never see the work only at the end.

Deliver & extend

Complete files, usage guidelines and suggestions for what comes next. Come back anytime after launch.

About pricing

Quotes depend on scope, quantity and timeline — there is no fixed price list. The fastest route is the brief on the home page: tell us what you're making, who it's for and your budget range, and our first reply will include an estimate range and a suggested approach.

FAQ

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope. An MV logotype usually takes 1–2 weeks, a full brand identity 4–8 weeks. Rush jobs are possible — we'll confirm quality won't suffer first.

What do I need to prepare?

Not much. Knowing who the brand is, who it speaks to and a rough budget and timeline is enough; we'll clarify the rest together.

Can I get just a logo?

Yes. We'd still recommend defining colour and type together, so the logo is actually usable.

How are revisions handled?

Every proposal and production stage includes revision rounds; adjustments within scope aren't charged extra. Major direction changes or scope changes are agreed with you first.

Do I get the source files?

Yes. On completion you receive the full source files and guidelines; copyright terms are set in the contract.

Can we work remotely?

Yes. Most projects run over video calls and shared cloud folders — outside Taipei or overseas is no problem.

What if I also need a website or AI feature?

endorphin Creatives and Neurophin Technology are two specialties of the same people: we handle design, and Neurophin's engineering team takes on web development, AI or system integration — one point of contact.
